Model A

Model B

U-channel supports for box beam decking have flared ends, corrugated for extra strength. They provide a solid, secure seat on top surface of beam. Wire lip overhangs beam for snug fit, and assists in preventing lateral beam deflection.

Model AS

Model FS

Similar to our Model A deck except the channel members are specially designed to combine a deep U-section for supporting heavy loads with shallow press-formed ends that seat on shallow step (ledge) beams. For light duty loads, Model AS (left side cross-section) features a shallow U-channel. Both models (FS and AS) are available in Waterfall, Flush-to-Edge and In-Step deck styles.

Sani-Deck
Box Beam Step Beam

Improved sanitation for storage of food, grains, pharmaceuticals, etc. Inverted U-channel has upward facing closed surface -- no openings or collection points for dirt, wastes, or debris to accumulate. Promotes a cleaner, and more sanitary environment.

Model IS

The IS Model is recessed between the front and rear step beams, so top surface of deck is level with top surface of the beams. U-channel members seat securely on the step. No waterfall overhang -- entire beam face is free for labels, barcoding, etc. Model IS available for both deep and shallow step-beam racks*

Flue Vent Spacers

Serves both as a safety measure for fire detection, and also as a load separator for hand loading cartons or other items. Simple, snap-in installation.

Rack Dividers

Rack Dividers are quick and easy to install, no fasteners required. Simply attach Divider hooks to grid wire of decking above, allowing prong extensions to drop through open grid of lower shelf deck. Prongs hold divider panels securely in place. Dividers can be hung at any point along the storage bay. Available in 'full bay high' or partial height panels, as desired.
